The school is organised on a form basis with form teachers responsible for the day-to-day care of girls.
Your form tutor is often your go-to person in school. They're there every morning during registration, so you'll definitely get to know each other. They're a great source of support and advice throughout your time at school. If you ever need help or guidance, they're the ones to ask. And if they can't help, they'll steer you in the right direction.
Head of Year
Head of Years co-ordinate the pastoral work with individual form teachers and meet regularly with the Deputy Head (Pastoral) to evaluate girls’ progress, support individuals, and discuss any causes for concern.
Our Heads of Year are based in their office along the ‘Student Support’ corridor or for Year 12 and 13,in the Sixth Form Centre. They are available for students to see most days, or you can contact them via email or Teams.
We have two Student Support Officers, Mrs Payne and Mrs Lonsdale and a Student Support Administrator, Mrs Dutton. They provide personalised support to students facing academic and emotional challenges.

They also offer personalised guidance and assistance to students experiencing academic difficulties, emotional issues, or social challenges.
Our Mrs Dutton, Student Support Administrator is great at connecting you with the correct person who can provide the right level of support within the pastoral team or pointing you in the right direction around the school.
We are based along the Student Support corridor and have a newly refurbished Student Support office with a comfortable side room for students to have time out and for discreet conversations.
