St Nicolas Close Parking/Waiting– the local police have asked us to remind parents to please be considerate when using local roads to drop off or pick up from school. Unfortunately due to complaints from local residents, the police will now be patrolling and issuing tickets to cars that are causing an obstruction.

Adventure Talk: there will be a talk on Thursday 21st January in the school hall at DCHS at 8.00pm. Viv Joynes left her city job in 2014 to run across Europe, from Poland to southern Spain, following in the footsteps of her grandmother, a refugee after WW2. Viv's six month journey was dedicated to refugees worldwide. Entry is free for under 18s and only £10.00 for adults and the talk will be over by 9.00pm. All money raised goes to Neuroblastoma UK, a charity which funds research into this form of childhood cancer
